The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline offers 24/7 free and confidential support. They offer support to those in crisis and resources for friends and family concerned about loved ones. You can reach them by phone at 1-800-273-8255, by text at 988 or 741741. As of today you can now dial 988 to reach the Suicide prevention line. They have information and resources online as well at https://988lifeline.org/.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) offers information on mental illness and peer-led support to people living with mental illness and their families. They have released a COVID19 guide with tips on managing the isolation and increased stress as well as how to find mental health support. You can find their guide here.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) offers resources for those who are/have struggled with thoughts of suicide and for people who have lost loved ones to suicide.
